Heyward Community Park Reservations

Park Shelters Rental Policies & Procedures

 

  • Persons must be 18+ years of age to rent facilities and 21+ years of age to obtain an alcohol permit.

  • A deposit of $100.00 is required for cleanup on all park rentals.

  • Application and full payment must be submitted at least seven (14) days prior to the scheduled date. Failure to do so can result in forfeit of your Contract Agreement. Deposit will be refunded within 5 business days in the form of a check. NO CASH will be issued.

  • Every effort is made to have facilities clean. If there are any problems please call the emergency contact phone number listed on your permit.

 

 

  • Athletic Fields &  Courts Fee

Heyward Community Park offers athletic fields for the public to rent, which includes a softball and baseball diamond, tennis court, sand volleyball court, football field and 2 basketball courts.

Game Rates: In-County: $375+100 deposit, Out-of-County: $600+100 deposit

Two-Day Tournament: In-County: $600+100 deposit, Out-of-County: $850+100 deposit $125 per additional day

  • Special Areas Fee

Heyward Community Park offers formal accommodations for special occasions and all areas in the park can be rented out for the occasion.

$150 per (3) hours + $150 refundable deposit $100 per additional hour

​

Park Hours

Normal Operational Hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Saturday and 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM Sunday. 

​

 Available for scheduled events year-round.
